1. Services Provided
 

The Agent Outpost provides real estate consulting, coaching, training, and business management support for real estate professionals. Services may include, but are not limited to:
 

• Career coaching and business planning

• Technology training and support

• Transaction and paperwork guidance

• Compliance support and general best practices

• Marketing and client management guidance
   

All services are advisory in nature and intended to support, not replace, your professional judgment.
 

2. No Brokerage Representation
 

Agent Outpost is an independent consulting service and does not act as a real estate brokerage, nor does it represent clients in the purchase or sale of real estate.

Nothing in our services constitutes legal, accounting, or brokerage representation.
 

3. Professional Responsibility
 

You acknowledge that:
 

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and brokerage policies in your jurisdiction

• You remain solely responsible for your transactions, contracts, and client relationships

• Any decisions made based on our guidance are at your own discretion and risk
   

4. Payments & Subscriptions
 

• Fees for services will be outlined prior to engagement

• Subscription services (if applicable) will be billed on a recurring basis

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

• You may cancel subscription services at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle
   

5. Scheduling & Cancellations
 

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance

• A minimum of [24 hours] notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited or subject to fees
   

6. Confidentiality
 

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it without your consent, except as required by law.
 

You agree not to share proprietary materials, training content, or systems provided by Agent Outpost without written permission.
 

7. Intellectual Property
 

All content, materials, systems, and resources provided by The Agent Outpost are the intellectual property of The Agent Outpost and are for your personal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.
 

8. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
 

• The Agent Outpost is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

• We do not guarantee specific business results, income levels, or transaction outcomes

• Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
   

9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
 

We may recommend or assist with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, marketing platforms). We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of these third-party services.
 

10. Termination of Services
 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if:

• These Terms are violated

• There is misuse of services or materials

• There is inappropriate or abusive conduct
   

11. Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
 

12. Changes to Terms
 

The Agent Outpost reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
